Welcome to Laketown Cottage, your cozy retreat designed for comfort and relaxation! This charming home features three main-level bedrooms, including a luxurious king suite with a private en-suite bathroom for added privacy. The other two bedrooms offer inviting queen beds, perfect for restful nights. The open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area on the main level makes it easy to cook, dine, and gather together, with 1.5 baths and laundry facilities for added convenience. Step outside to a large deck perfect for relaxing or entertaining, complete with a picnic table for outdoor dining and plenty of plush seating around a cozy fire table – ideal for evening gatherings under the stars. The lower level offers a second living area with games to bring everyone together. A versatile "bunk room" downstairs includes a full-sized bed, a bunk bed, and a trundle – perfect for extra guests or a fun sleepover vibe for kids. Guests have private access to the entire property.
